This high-end residential development is located in the quiet end of Kowloon Tong. By virtue of its higher site elevation, most of the units enjoy either unobstructed views of the Lion Rock Mountain in the north or a distant view of the Victoria Harbour in the south. The project mainly comprises two 13-storey apartment towers, offering a total of 41 units in a variety of layouts ranging from 2-bedroom unit to 4-bedroom duplex, plus a stand-alone 3-storey villa. Amenities include sky gardens, parking and indoor recreational facilities for the residents. One of the design objectives was to create a building with an appropriate degree of modernity and sense of calm and gravitas that can fit the scheme comfortably into its site context.
