The groundbreaking ceremony for the Goodman HKG09 Data Centre in Kwai Chung marks an important milestone for the project.
It marks Wong Tung’s Fifth Data Centre Project for Goodman Asia Ltd. The development has now entered the foundation and superstructure works stage, carried out by Leighton Contractor (Asia) Ltd. We are also delighted to collaborate again with Arup on another successful data centre project.
The ceremony featured traditional blessing and incense-offering ritual to wish for the project’s safe and successful completion, and we are honored to be part of the celebration.
The Goodman HKG09 Data Centre will provide a high-tier data centre facility in response to the increasing demand from rapidly expanding cloud computing, financial services, and AI, supporting Hong Kong’s development as the premier regional digital gateway and an international innovation and technology centre.
