ESR & Chinachem break ground on Hong Kong’s most advanced multi-storey and multi-tenant cold storage logistics centre in Kwai Chung, the first-of-its-kind and the largest to be built in Hong Kong for 2 decades. The momentous Ground Breaking Ceremony was held at the site on 27th September attended by Mr. Lam Sai Hung, Secretary for Transport and Logistics, HKSAR Government; with the presence of Mr. Jeffrey Shen, Ms. Chang Rui Hua and Mr. Allan Wang of ESR Group; Mr. Donald Choi, Mr. Ricky Tsang and Mr. Damien Wu of Chinachem Group.

Wong Tung is thrilled to be working on another pioneering project, target to be completed in 2027! For the Ground Breaking Ceremony, we have also put in our efforts in coordinating on the production of the physical model, the flythrough animation and the immersive experience at the Nina Tower. Hope all these efforts would help the guests to understand more about this interesting project!
