Hong Kong Science Park Expansion Stage 1 wins Best Development and Conservation Award 2021, presented by The Hong Kong Insitute of Surveyors (HKIS). The Award Presentation Ceremony held on 12 November 2021 acknowledged projects that demonstrate the excellence of six surveying disciplines with the contribution of experienced surveyors and practitioners in development and conservation.
“Science Park Expansion Stage 1 (SPX1) is the flagship project of Hong Kong Science & Technology Parks Corporation. With the support of HKSAR Government in promoting Biomedical Technology and Artificial Intelligence & Robotics, SPX1 comprised of twin towers of R&D offices and laboratories on a podium incorporating latest smart technologies providing innovative design for the two clusters and catering for future needs for quality infrastructure and facilities.
