The Wings

Tseung Kwan O, Hong Kong

As one of the largest transit-oriented developments (TOD) in the City and built on top of a underground railway station, the Wings was conceived as a self-contained comprehensive development comprising residential, hotel, serviced apartment, retail, entertainment, infrastructure and public realm elements. The completed project helps create a major urban hub in Tseung Kwan O, strengthening the pedestrian systems by providing user-friendly pedestrian links to the adjoining MTR station, public transport interchange, adjoining developments and future district open space. Completed in early 2012, the project has a total GFA of approx.163,130sqm.
