A winning entry of a shortlisted design competition, the project is the second phase of a 2-part R&D Campus for this giant software house in PRC. It comprises 4 L-shaped production studios with different functionalities linked together by a common horizontal movement system. Other facilities include staff/ guest accommodation, a conference centre and a large open plaza occupying the front part of a 20ha corner site. WT was responsible for the schematic and detail design while project execution was handled by a local Design Institute.
