The Shanghai ARCH, with a total site area of 60000m², is a mixed development consists of a commercial tower, 13 high-rise residential towers, 23 river view houses and a clubhouse planned in 3 phases. The low-rise houses are planned along the edge of site over-viewing the Huangpujiang, with the high-rise towers at the back commanding panoramic river views. The towers are clustered around a curve interspersed with hush landscape gardens and air corridors. The design language is simple and modern using natural stones, metal claddings and full-height window/ balcony on the river-facing facades. The project aspires to becoming one of the highest-quality residential developments in Shanghai for years to come.
