Fleur Pavilia

North Point, Hong Kong

FLEUR PAVILIA situates on the hillside of Braemar Hill, North Point. It has a superior location facing Victoria Harbour and Lei Yue Mun and offers views of the Central and Kowloon Peninsula. It consists of three 27-storey residential towers and a 5-storey podium of clubhouse and carpark. It provides 611 residential units in total and with various flat types from 2-bedroom to 4-bedroom and special units. The podium provides an area of approx. 26,350sf for the clubhouse with water as the main theme feature. It provides functions including a gym, children's playground, and a special ballroom connecting with outdoor water features.

A new definition of lifestyle on the hillside is created by merging the residential clubhouse and the natural environment. Unlike most of the HK residential project's clubhouse design, a new spatial design approach was attempted by opening up the podium level at the central courtyard to preserve the streetscape. More interaction between the indoor clubhouse and outdoor nature environment can be created. The recycled wood is used as the main material for the podium to bring the natural environment into the building. The orientation of the mass of the building is to enhance natural ventilation and reduce the wall-like effect. A 4-storey tall grand entrance space was created to enhance the arrival experience in the dense district.
