The towers are arranged in a streamlined layout to make optimal use of the site’s width, enhancing the separation between buildings and maximising the views. The façade showcases a balanced combination of two shades of grey, creating vertical divisions that diminish the perceived scale of the building mass. This effect is enhanced by white bands of varying lengths running across the surface, forming a wavy pattern that introduces a dynamic character to the buildings. The houses and low-rise blocks are clad in the warm beige of St Nicolas granite, complemented by the grey of Verde Marina with bold white veining.
