Anlian Plaza is a 33-storey/ 150m tall office tower located in the heart of Shenzhen CBD, with a total GFA of over 93,000sqm. Designed with an environmentally responsive office building in mind, the organized and understated approach creates a building that “breathes” and blurs the indoor/ outdoor divide, setting a new standard for urban high-rise developments whilst truly the embodying the essence of sustainable architecture.

Innovative elements include rectilinear layout that optimizes tenant subdivision and natural lighting of the office space, the 28 staggered sky gardens in different levels that create visual excitement and natural ventilation, which is further enhanced through the 130m high central atrium that continues up to the sky-lit roof.
