Kunming Spring City 66 is an iconic complex located in the vibrant commercial Panglong District. It comprises a 349m tall office tower, a 248m tall serviced apartment tower and a 6-storey mall for dining, entertainment and retail. Taking inspiration from the unique landscape of Kunming, the development is easily recognized by its an undulating podium form and crag like towers mimicking the nearby Stone Forest. WT is the Lead Consultant and Executive Architect for the project in partnership with Kohn Pederson Fox Associates (KPF) as the Design Architect.
