Located in Lot 10 of Rui Hong Xin Cheng, “Ruihong Tiandi - Hall of the Sun • Corporate Avenue” is a comprehensive project integrating retail, F&B and office. It consisted of one huge 8 levels shopping mall of GFA 180,000sqm from basement 1 to level 7, and two 170m tall international Grade-A office towers of total GFA 150,000sqm, with a total construction floor area of 440,000sqm. The project also includes a 3500sqm bus terminal, pedestrian link bridge and tunnel connection to adjacent “Hall of the Moon”, and pedestrian tunnel connection to MTR line 4 Ling Ping Road station. Satellite lift lobbies at level 6 and 7 of the two office towers provide direct connection to Hall of the Sun’s F&B and retail facilities.

Hall Of The Sun incorporates fashion shopping, exquisite F&B, leisure and entertainment, cultural experience, etc. into a mixed-use program. The first basement to fourth levels of the mall are mainly retail shops, and the F&B destination. A giant atrium “Food Hall” is located at the fifth to seventh level. A comfortable indoor / outdoor environment was created by introduction of giant lotus skylight, natural foliage and greenery.
