At the junction of Yau King Lane and Pok Yin Road at Pak Shek Kok, Silicon Hill and University Hill extended the lush greenery and relaxing natural environment that the site offered. The project was developed in 3 Phases, namely Silicon Hill (Phase 1) and University Hill (Phase 2A and Phase 2B), which provides 1,871 residential units, street front retails and a Government Accommodation of 100-place Residential Care Home for the Elderly.
Fourteen mid-rise residential blocks are dispositioned along the triangular-shaped boundary forming a vast expanse of garden landscape featuring a 50-meter long outdoor swimming pool in the midst. Together with a 25-meter long indoor swimming pool, function rooms, gymnasium and play areas, a broad selection of recreational facilities are offered to the residents.
The 100-place Residential Care Home for the Elderly sited at the corner of the land is meticulously designed. The two-storey Government Accommodation is orientated with a building form away from the traffic noise, dressed up in lushes of green and cohesive facade. The lush facade provided a picturesque view from the interior, allowing the elderly residents to enjoy the scenery, while also subtly blending with the surrounding environment.
