Located in prime CBD site at Jianwaimenwai Dajie and East 3rd Ring Road, the project comprises a 74-story Megatower, a 5 story Ballroom Annexe, a 4-story Retail Annexe and a 4-level Retail/carpark basement. The Megatower contains 48 floors of premium office (142,400sqm ) and 31 floors of 6-star flagship hotel. At 330m CWTC Tower A is the 2nd tallest in Beijing.
