Located in Huadu, Guangzhou, Kwah Plaza is a vibrant CBD project integrating hotels, offices, residences, and more. Split into four phases: the first phase focuses on commercial spaces, featuring hotels and offices designed by Wong Tung; the second phase is all about residential living with 174 14-storey residential buildings; the third and fourth phases are the focus of this design, with the fourth phase showcasing a 10-storey office and commercial building, and the third phase comprising three 13-storey apartment buildings, community function spaces, and podium retail spaces. The design aims to be practical, cost-effective, and forward-thinking by maximizing the terrain, topography, and height restrictions. It efficiently organizes diverse functionalities, spaces, and landscapes to craft a safe, cozy, and efficient office and commercial environment.
